What To Expect
- Understand the benefits of exercise throughout a cancer diagnosis

The total cost of the Can-B Fit Program is just $94* for 6 weeks of tailored support.
This includes:
- 30 minute Initial Consultation with an Exercise Physiologist – $115 (less Medicare rebate of up to $61 with Treatment Care Plan from GP*)
- Six (6) weekly, one-hour group sessions – only $40 total
- A personalised exercise plan designed around your health goals
- Complimentary resistance bands, water bottle & trigger ball
* Medicare rebates are available for up to five (5) allied-health services a year, on referral from your GP or specialist.

Therapists are all specially trained in the oncology field and use the latest techniques to alleviate the side effects of treatment and enhance recovery for a higher quality of life.
Balanced Bodies Lifestyle Clinic
Balanced Bodies Lifestyle Clinic was founded in 2013 by Anna-Louise Bradley (nee Moule), an accredited Senior Exercise Physiologist with over 15 years of experience in Cancer Care. They are a multidisciplinary clinic offering Exercise Physiology, Dietetics, Physiotherapy and Remedial Massage Therapy. All of their Exercise Physiologists and Dietitian have undergone additional Cancer specific training and continue to upskill every year to ensure they are practicing in-line with the latest research and guidlines for the people they work with. They have also worked across 3 leading cancer clinics in Sydney and continue to have great referral pathways with a range of Oncologists, Surgeons, Radiation Oncologists, Haematologists and Oncology Allied Health Professionals.
