"Small numbers, great instructor, pace and exercises pitched at right level for my needs"
"This was a great program to help me gently get back into strength training and improve my mobility. I liked that it included a mix of solo and partner exercises, which gave us time to chat and connect. It was nice going for coffee with some of the ladies after class too."
"I was only 2 weeks post surgery but after having multiple setbacks with my treatment I was determined to attempt something positive. I found this experience not only physically beneficial but psychologically it has been the uplift I needed.
