Previous Programs

Online 6 - Week Exercise Program

In 2024, we launched our first online exercise workshop, led by the brilliant Dr. Morgan Farley. Morgan founded Valere Health and is an award winning researcher and university educator.

This program ran every Wednesday evening for 6 weeks, with up to 20 wonderful women attending each group. Since then, we've successfully facilitated 3 online groups, with Morgan and Amy revolutionising cancer care through exercise.

They encouraged and educated women on how to take control of their cancer diagnosis, and how to incorporate movement into their daily lives.
"These weeks were amazing, learning about moving forward and exercise. I hope other people get a chance to have access to this program or another one. It has reset my mind and head about exercise."

“If a person had doubts that exercise helped with cancer prevention and recovery, this course would certainly erase those doubts.”

Stay tuned for information about our next online program!
