Previous Workshops

Nutrition Workshop

In April 2024, we launched our first online 4-part mini-series. This series ran every Tuesday evening over 4 weeks. The lovely Elle Sproll guided cancer patients on eating and living an anti-inflammatory lifestyle.

Living Well with Cancer

At our second live wellness event we had the pleasure of guest Elle Sproll, a certified nutrition and health coach and a triple negative breast cancer survivor. Elle touched us with her story and provided useful tools and encouragement on how to own your health during and after cancer.

Wellbeing Workshop

In late 2023 we hosted our first ever live wellness event for cancer patients, carers and volunteer Navigators. Our wonderful guest speakers shared their tools and resources for better self-care and mental health, with practical self-care tips, breath work and Pilates.

Online Movement for Cancer Program

In August 2024, we launched our first online exercise program, led by the brilliant Dr. Morgan Farley. This ran every Wednesday for 6 weeks, with up to 20 wonderful women attending each group. Since then we've ran a total of 3 successful groups, with Morgan and Amy revolutionising cancer care through exercise. They encouraged and educated women on how to take control of their cancer diagnosis and how to incorporate movement into their daily living.
