38-year-old Ruth Hunt, an Australian Army Major with triple negative breast cancer writes a poignant letter to be shared with others in the last few days of her life.
Ruth was first diagnosed with stage three breast cancer at the young age of 34 and at just 37 years old was told her cancer was stage 4 and terminal. Not held back by her illness, after just two weeks of completing her chemotherapy treatment, Ruth represented the Australian Defence Force competing in the United States Air Force Warrior Games trials in Las Vegas winning five gold medals and was also selected to compete for Australia in the Invictus games in 2018.
